Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OrganizedMeds mobile application, website, and related services.
1. About these Terms
When these Terms refer to “OrganizedMeds,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” they refer to the current operator of the OrganizedMeds service. OrganizedMeds is currently offered as an early-stage product and not through a separately registered company entity.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and activity that occurs under your account. Registration may require a valid email address, email verification, and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use OrganizedMeds to violate law or the rights of others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit false or misleading account information, or abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service beyond what applicable law permits.
4. Health and Safety Notice
OrganizedMeds is an informational and organizational tool. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, or emergency advice, and it does not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing medication information and following appropriate professional guidance.
5. Service Features and Availability
OrganizedMeds may include medication management, scheduling support, scanning assistance, synchronization, and disposal-related workflows. Features may change over time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.
6. Third-Party Services and Content
OrganizedMeds may rely on or link to third-party services, data sources, or communications providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or content that we do not own or control.
7. Intellectual Property
OrganizedMeds and its branding, content, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any such rights to you.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OrganizedMeds is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OrganizedMeds and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to OrganizedMeds if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to address misuse, security issues, or legal risk.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
